I've learnt so many forms of yoga .

... politics there and don't really have job security. Less holidays more meetings. Salary is so less. You are selling not only classes and time but also experience , knowledge and efforts of an yoga instructors but with so so less price i know it's marketing but but ther is nothing goes in an instructor's pocket . With making money or profit motive companies should think about instructors also .

Supportive managers and good environment

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow and has "others will do that will be done" innovation is less here. Experiments can lead you demotivated as guidelines are strong and working around it can be hard.
