Rampant politics ,zero learning and career growth ,minimal increment and incentive , Hr department is nothing more than a puppet of management and team leaders .Management only interacts with team leaders who have been in organisation since decades and blindly follow there orders .Team leaders are micromanaging the teams ,and taking credits for others works and being yes-man to the management.Sales team is treated like second class citizens with no respect and acknowledgement of their efforts.

All things is good but in company good infrastructure.

Sr. Manager abusing every time they show company owner itself like. Manager have Lack of knowledge. Always doing wrong practice with sale sheet. Always made fool of management. Always eat the credits of other person. Think like clever fox. It's only about filed sale team Manager.

Your job will be never secure in this company. Third person who is not part company can decide your future like: he can revoke your offer letter at mid night, forcefully resign to your job. I like this' how can you get down below '

In short, This company is a GREAT place to work!!! Environment and work culture couldn't compete with other companies. My experience with Sarv was Incredible!
