I started working here after my graduation as GET and from day one it was never a day where I have not learnt anything. If you are really capable, you will have very good exposure. Management is easily approachable and doesn't discourage anyone whatever their designation they are Head of Operations India is visionary man to make Indian plant a best one in globe and in some areas like Operational Excellence already best plant in the group. Overall if you are willing to work and management thinks you are capable, you can make a good career. Lots of learning opportunities and endless training and Learning provided.

Salary is the only problem of this company as it is a bit lesser compared to the market

Bangalore plat is a disaster, unqualified management and managers, who think themselves as Messiahs. These people have no idea about global management but pro Max in cheap politics and nepotism. They hire close relatives to their team and promote them within a year. Deserving people just get team lunch. One person crippled the the complete BPS System Engineering team with his head weight and politics. HR is snake without teeth, helpless and useless. I still feel sorry for Global team having so much of trust in Banglore team. Act immediately

Work culture is awesome Management personally invest their time in growth of employee like if any training needed to accelerate the work or something else, they provide it accordingly Company policies are great and flexible as per the today's requirement If you will work nicely, talk employee politely and contribute to the growth in the company then it's kind a government job type for you.

Everything, none of the company values are followed Very poor work culture. The IT Manager Gopinath Ramachandran doesn't consider employees health as a reason to permit them to work from home for a short period. He has sent off people because they couldn't work due to sickness Absolutely no scope in work

Slowly evolving. 4. No benefits(food, travel) being a German company. 5. Colleagues of UK show unprofessional behaviour 6. Micromanagement from India and UK team
