Fressers can join if u dont have job for longer period and for job experience you can work for one year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is also very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Politics, nobody stand behind us if problem occurs, they are always defend themselves.. They don't even investigate the problems..they are always safeguard the senior persons whether they did a right or wrong thing... Supervising way is worst..
