No work life balance that too with 6 days working and need to appreciate their employees who is working really hard(Also they force employees to fill ambition box review at joining😂)

work cluture of the company is very good . All the employees works as a team and try to achieve the target and get their contribution on the company growth . festival celebration , parties are the usb of the company .

Its not the Dislike Point , but a suggestion , if their is flexibility on time that would be better.

They treat you like person,not an employee.Thats reflected in the benefits and how management approches employee.Sarthee is great place to work if one wants to grow in terms of position,experince and other managment skills as managers of the company are always willing to help and take time out of their day day to dedicate to helping you if needed.

Company provide regular communication, listen, to your ideas & Implement & Constantly boosting your professional and personal growth, Awesome company culture helps create new friends , oppurtunities to involve in different activities as per your interest. You get to work with clients & top management( you typically dont easily get access and support in other companies) Have incredible list of clients & SOP. This place can be called second home where you feel like family and get full support from team to create new path of success
