... Educational Trust is good organization in term of work culture and environment. It's also good in term of salary package but late coming salary is sow of dissatisfactory. Work is satisfactory here.

The politics and hypocracy of people is what they should improve. Also, dont take actions on employees benifits and for improving company's culture.

No Work ethics, unnecessary pressure from higher management, encourage maintaining fake students' data so that they can show it to their funders, toxic work culture- they have camera at each centre and would keep calling you even if you take 5mins break or enjoying some time with your team

I was unhappy with their recruitment process cz they don't tell our duties at the time of interview,and then gives so much other work to do after joining ... This was very pathetic
