Low salary, no skill development, no technical support, unplanned and unrealistic deadline expectations, no standard procedures used, micro management to an extreme level so that you don't have any work-life balance, showcasing of problems at the time of increment so the increment can be postponed, unavailability of the official documents, no pays for the over time, no work from home facility but they expect you to work on holidays, worst company culture full of politics, the company politics starts from the head of the company to the lower segment employees, no job security, experienced guys are not rewarded rather they throw them out, no work satisfaction for actual working employees.

Timely salary, every 3rd of month, even sometime before 3rd.

Toxic work culture, management is abusive. They can throw you out any time according to their perspective. No job security is there. Terrific work life & personal life balance. Saturday is an off day,but you have to work fully from home. You have carry your laptop every time with you, even you are in a vacation. No appreciation is there, even if you are working hard & dedicatedly.

Nothing to like.Management is not good,Company is rule/run by Mechanical dept persons & their behavior is very bad they didn't have good culture.Job security is very poor.Hr is doing everything there by the direction of mechanical person's.They also fire employees In one day notice.

Work life balance is very poor .Whom are related to site going jobs.

The Way, Director manage everything single handedly with honesty and continuous dedication.. It makes me personally motivated but in Proffesional way He should also deserve a fantastic Proffesional life.

Few Peers are with so much of EGO, You can handle Proffesional Politics as it is a part of Private Proffesion but their EGO makes me annyoing sometimes.
