Salary is always on time, work timing for females in thane office is 9am to 6pm, and their are no extra working hours which allow us work life balance Sarom provides free snacks every evening with tea and coffee, Paid leaves, Causal Leaves, Diwali bonus, yearly appraisal Fix Sunday off The management of the company is really good the treat us like family always I was reporting to directly to the company director Milin Shah who is really a kind and great mentor, I have learnt so much from him. Many employs have been with the company last 5 to 7 years.
