On time salary and like-minded interns made a good rapport amongst the new joinees along with their shared interests.

Dislikes

Weak communication and differential management among seniors made it quite chaotic which followed by the Human Resources. HR department seemed to have a little to negligible role in any case of unease amongst employees and their respective leaders, Leaders also seemed to supervise around and not LEAD particularly, incase if there was any hurdle to overcome; to them, a problem was just expected to be executed successfully without keeping in mind any notion of a mishap. Team Leaders having different solutions to one question seemed to create confusion among joinees and their mentors as to how to act without absence of a uniform way of execution. Also flexible hours are a good option they have, but depending on the TL, you can or cannot exploit them.

...se cli nt so no external work exposure. Not skilled developer. Beware from here. Salary deduction . Worst HR department very Rude and no activity.

Becide supporting people are destroying people's life and playing with their emotions not at all Cooperative terrible people terrible company

Worst company I had ever seen and heard. At the time of crisis did not only deduct the salary without any reason the fire people giving excuses like your work is not upto mark and even mark people as abscond my suggestion don't get stuck with this terrible company.

Certain tools or processes could be modernized or streamlined for better efficiency.

So many things I like about the Sarjen Systems but the all the colleagues supportive nature is very good and the Team Leaders leads in a great way so I have learned so many things in less time.

Dislikes

As a fresher I don't have idea about the appraisals.
