Management not efficient to use company potential, poor relationship between Employer , company HR and employee. Issues related to employees not properly attend and solved.

Teammates are helpful both in work field and as person. But the company is lacking behind due to uncomputable work culture. Specially it needs to develop management level to overcome today's employees needs n culture.
