The company is taking all the precautions that are supposed to be taken in this pandemic situations. For the safety of the their own engineers they are providing a hand sanitizer, masks and gloves and the proper environment for working with this covid situations.

Dislikes

Job security is very low. There are no salary increase since last two years. Also work load is very high and i am not getting paid for the kind of work load i was dealing with.

Teammates are very good. And infrastructure is awesome.

There is no job security. No career growth and also very low salary to employees according to there performance. Work environment is ot good. No inovation accepted by compny.

Work-life balance is good.Timing of company is excellent. Overall good working environment all teammates are supportive and friendly. Company gives bonus every year and before COVID takes all employees to company sponsored trip for enjoyment for day or two.

Company make equipment for diamond industry so growth is slow. Very slow in salry increase. Same nad repeatative work. There is not much opportunity for growth and after certain time very little learning
