New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

During lockdown sargam Electronicns not give us salary 2 month we are at home. Our home conditions is not so good. & Other next month all staff in on working & only me at home. & That month salary i got 3100. & Last year i got increment but now this period. Cutt off that incentive.

... not active in any problem of employee all decisions taken by some khas persons. In covid 19 lockdown we dint get any salary and we dint get any mail or official information from the HR. Now we have received salary reduction mail which would be applicable from June 19. And today most of the employees got call from operation manager that you guys have to resign. No HR talk no mail nothing. And from dated 19th May 20 comapnay operating their stores very well and we did lot of sales which we does in a month that sale we has done in just 12 days after that we got a call to resign. Very bad experience working in Sargam i will not suggest to work in Sargam.

Salary not paid for April month. May also not paid. Above all the current CTC has been reduced. No support what so ever given by company. Really disappointed. Working hours around 10 to 11 hrs. No support.

I learnt many things in this company like retail environment, way of troubleshooting, customer's complaint related to products. Other plus points is that my collegues comes from various cultural backgroun, and we work happily in collaboratio.
