Initialy at starting everything was fine but later on and even now they are unabme to pay the compensation, eventually they nither developing the property nor they do the refunds of customers and also not clear the dues of brokers or distributers.

Dislikes

Nither clearing the dues of employee, and brokers nor do the refunds of clients and also not paying the aditional benefits i.e. gold, cars etc has not deliver to the client. Most unethical behaviour has showing by them.

Insecure job, Pathetic Salary credit in account scheme, No support from seniors, No Bill claims, Heavy sales pressure as Insurance policy, Hidden Buyer builder agreement clouses, No construction from 3 years in a Site,

...le. This Organisation I Not At All Employee Centric. Doesn't Pay You On Time. Doesn't Even Pay You Your Complete Salary At Once. The Company Says ITs PAN India & Backed Up By DUET Group (MNC) But When You Ask For Your Salary The Company Doesn't Have Funds Everyone. There were some people involved in politics. Lot of gossiping and all.

I like and enjoye. But Different concept. Its a builder campany. I like company traning. , culture. And very gd staff.

The company is a builder but concept in inshurence base and hiring process is also inshurence type...so i dont like the concept in Real estate...
