Government has some limitations,and they never concern with any types of quality .But this big concrete dam with large canal net work so different experience feel at every stages.

To work at SSNNL is proud for me as I am satisfied to work for nation and team mate of same thinking. With secured job. Though there is not satisfactory appreciation, there is good chance to learn to work with people. Salery is enough for work-life balance.

Dislikes

For the person who is intelligent and knowledgeable of his field and work hard with honesty will not get some additional appriciation. This may lead to make person lazy and dishonest for his work.

Sardar sarvor is a state government irrigation world best project with different types of civil works & different types of MNC work with the project.

With this project ,the political influence are not ready to work with proper Quality control

The company has Fabulous employees and great working environment . there I learnt about water management for irrigation , quality control and maintenance work of canals.

Nothing. Because all company's employees do there work on time and punctually..
