Excellent Management. DMD involvement in operations and giving directions to leaders for achieving targets is appreciable. Employee welfare is good, HR policies are friendly to the employees for using.

It is rapid growing company, no such dislikes from my side. Employee targets and challenges are not dislikes i feel that is only the work to do.

The company's work culture is exceptional, with all SMAL employees working together as a cohesive team in every situation. Management provides equal support to all teams and is dedicated to keeping employees engaged through regular events and activities. Work-life balance is easy to maintain, thanks to the management's friendly and understanding nature. They are considerate of individual situations and provide support accordingly. I truly enjoyed my role, especially the opportunity to manage a variety of responsibilities.

Middle management is very bad. There are persons who no nothing about the work, but leading a department with full of dought and lack of confidence. And the sharing of knowledge is nil here. No body willing to share their working knowledge to anyone.
