On-time salary.

Dislikes

1. No proper performance review mechanisms (my probation period while joining was 1 year and now it is 1.5 years and I am still on probation) 2. Not following proper organisational heirarchy structure or experience and skill based promotion methods for the upper management 3. Improper allocation/ delegation of work and projects 4. No proper HR policy (The HR general manager was previously a customer care team lead who was promoted to the HR GM position just because she is an long term employee and now she had zero knowledge about HR stuffs like buy-outs Or IDP) 5. Untimely and unjustified lay-offs 6. Extremely bad leave policy 7. Unskilled workforce in the upper management, who know nothing about management and terms like 'regression analysts (my GM had zero idea of this word) 8. Extremely outdated and slow pace of working at all levels

The company gives maximum priority to work from home during the lockdown as well as takes good care of the health of the staff. As well as strictly enforcing government regulations.
