Nothing is good about the company, except CEO personal benefits he changes every rules & regulations.

Dislikes

...ernity leaves for women, in fact they say “please resign” from your post. 7. Anytime CEO fire employee without any reasons also any prior notice and without salary too. 8. Some non-ethical things are also done in the organisation like Duplicate bills, without tax, ignore labour law, chemical disposable.

Not much to like apart from the fact that its a Japanese MNC.

Dislikes

1) The company believes in the hire and fire model. 2) Zero work life balance 3) Incentives are not paid at all 4) The company refuses to give you your full and final settlement when you leave. Its been 6 months for me and I am yet to receive mine.
