Nothing is good in the organisation.

...rule with respect to CEO, he can change the rules with its personal benefits. 6. No bonus given , in fact they cut from salary,if some one opposes he fired from the company like Mr. Kranti mishra, sandeep, pankaj,Anuj. 7. CEO also manipulate the profits figures. Means not giving correct data to japan, also they think everything is fine but on ground nothing is good from labour to managers. 8. No maternity leaves for women, he only say resign by ourself. 9.No outings 10.CEO use employee for personal works like cleaning house, installation a/c, car wash, Maintenance work at home

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
