Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Seens I started my job my teammates are always supportive. My senior's are polite and supportive. Trust police are good and senior's give equally chance to grow and polish your self. As a Trust employee you get lots of chance for social work like we do in covid-19 situation(ration distribution to needy people)

Dislikes

There is a project in sarathi Trust which is granted by NACO that's why grant for salary get after 4 month only this is not good.
