Mandatory work from office, no increase in the pay scale. No hikes, no promotion, very bad work culture, treat employees badly except one or two like-minded. Poor management, HR has zero power.

Its great working here, the work culture is great and cooperative. Lot of exposure is their based on your expertise you have been given different opportunities to work in team. And your hard work is really appreciated here with great pay if you perform very well.
