Likes everything, Headteacher and some teachers are friendly good, if it's urgent they give leave without making scene and some teachers are misusing this friendly environment. Only 1 person is toxic and she always gossip about other.

Dislikes

...rincipal will be strict they just work as silent group and don't teach children. Student are decreasing because of that I'd students number will decrease how can we expect a great salary. Some committee members and teachers are doing politics only.

Good work environment and culture. Supported all parents and staff . . And they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and career growth is slow . And not supported corona period .

I love working here, as the school administration especially the school principal is quite open to new and innovative experimental teaching and advanced use of New and updated technologies in education sector. She is keen to develop student oriented teaching strategies and inspire teachers for the same. She works tirelessly beyond the inundation of time.....

Dislikes

I am a bit unsatisfied with this school at monetary or economic front ........ Had it paid a convenient salary, it could have got greater productivity and benefits from the teachers......

Good institute to work, staff members are very cooperative nd helpful, salary is satisfactory. If you will give your best u will get back best from this institute. If I get an opportunity to work with this institute again, it will be my pleasure.

I like my school because it's give a good opportunity to show our talent and strength. My school is the best for cultural because be know current time the most of private school focus on Western culture but the Saraswati Vidya Mandir is not a same to other this is appreciated to our culture and traditions.
