... us, they took pressure from management but not give the pressure to their team. More learning, managment is transparent and straight forward, company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Owner behavior use abusing Manager mean shift incharge No system no spare & every day manpower change High sallery person are long time stayed bec. No self respect (owner abusing hearing)

No job security, Management is worst. Management don't know how to talk so mis behaving as well as mentally ill. Total headache doing work here. So as per the conclusion don't go there and spoil your future.

Everything, there culture, environment, specially seniors , illiterate has Gd designations literate has to work like labour even seniors are not able to talk to visitor. No growth , no job security and specially people will pull ur legs all the time.
