I worked in SASPL for past 15 years one most postitive thing I have observe or seen in SASPL all employees including myself work with postive approach. Our Director Mr.Manish Gupta sir guide always postivley work behaviour in the organization.

The working environment is very good and it feels like home only. Never felt that we are working in company. All are very cooperative and helpful.

Incentive policy should be revisited and it should be created/prepared/ applicable in such a way that it should benefit all departments and not only 1-2 department
