Every Company has it's own loops, but it depends upon a person that you can take the positive things along with you and discard the negative things.

I worked in SASPL for past 15 years one most postitive thing I have observe or seen in SASPL all employees including myself work with postive approach. Our Director Mr.Manish Gupta sir guide always postivley work behaviour in the organization.
