Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This is a worst no 1 company.bcz if you will work here your life will be waste .for waste your time, health, knowledge and management staff is very worst hr nayak, hota.worst persons are working in this company. so i request to you dont join in this company .if you want to waste your career you can join any enjoy.

company management is wrost bcz if you will resign your job you will not get 1 month salary ,bcz 1 month salary is hr nayak ,hota ,rao (TIP) pocket money. if you buy the product you will not get accurate bcz they are missing low quality product in that mixture . all higher employee are making cheating in company. for this company nothing is merits points.

...de. we can learn more technology from this company, Here your job is not secure. salary wise good. work environment not good.

Dislikes

working environment is not good.Its a dust plant.Not giving extra benefit like bonus,OT etc. Canteen also not good.
