For fresher , the company is fantastic as salary point of view, need to compromise but learning there is lots of things with familiar new technologies and R&D of particular technology.

Sometimes need to go office on sunday, if some urgent work is there, that compensate with annual leave. Half/ full day facility on saturday as compare to other week days. Company provide travel expenses when sunday visit to office due to urgent work

The best workplace for beginner for learning a lot of things and experimenting the researched concept. SQL, PL/SQL, ORACLE APEX and little bit of HTML, JAVASCRIPT. And always welcome for experimenting other language to indulge in Oracle.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
