Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

... field persons bcz they doesn't want to see the growth of their subordinates . All the time salary and expenses delayed and not any activity participation in any where , if sone how anyone can be approved no money was reimburse to you or your parties on that behalf we've participated in any conference or activity . I spent 6 years in organisation but not yet getting any incentive or appreciation after doing all the works . All the time products shortfall . No new products addition since long .... Very poor coordination of seniors not on time as needed .

Seniors management people's never want to see your growth in any aspect like your personality development as well as team management . Non hierarchy follow up totally rubish nature of dealing the persons . Salary and expenses holding and unethical deductions .
