Best part of the company is the training. They will train u like on one else. trainer gives their best.

They cheated me on my appraisal.when I joined the company and when I left the company there was no difference on my salary. I don't know how they did this. I complained about this but none of action taken by HR team.

it is a good manufacturing company for the diplomatic candidate.little bit difficult for beginners to understand the work of the company.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Such a terrible company to work with... No respect to women employees. No work and personal life balance. You will get promoted if you show yourself in office for extra hours whether you have work or not. Such a pathetic higher management. They have no idea about organisation structure and how to run an organisation. Only money matters for them. No vision for company or employer growth is concerned.

Company Culture. It's a family oriented company. Only people who likes by higher authority can survive in such company. Highly bureaucratic. There are no company rules for the people liked by higher management. Higher authority are disrespectful to women.

The Pilot team was one of the best. i still believe From Sara Suole to RUSOH, was really a Great Journey. People dont call us part of Sara Suole anymore, but know Ruosh.

There is nothing to Dislike any Job. Its always your choice how to take the Job. If you are well known to Policies and Products, nothing can stop you.

The Production shifting to other place. Hence I need job in Chennai, or fine If I find good concern in India or Out of Country Thanks Arjunan.G.
