Lack of support from colleagues and as well as managers or the management.

Dislikes

One should not work here if he/she wants to grow and enhance their skills. There's a lot of politics in the company. A lot of work pressure which you ultimately cannot ignore and have to work like any hour. I repeat ANY HOUR.

In here we are doing only backlog data which is after there software updating at 2016 No other benefit for late sitting but force to seat and do the work no work security here

The company is full of politics, the heads favors only those who just Rome after them, Sarvesh Telange is one of those, he is just butters the heads, and has too much of attitude. one of the reasons there is politics in the HR team, think before joining them especially the HR team. very unprofessional behaviour
