Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Since i did not spend much time we cannot say what we like

Dislikes

There are 7 founders and for any work most of them are involved an you do not really know whom to contact. Also, since they all are working and this is a business, they do not dedicate much time for the org. There is no roadmap shared with employees.
