Job security is non-existent at this company. They have a tendency to make poor decisions, which can leave you with no options. It was later revealed that they hired many candidates only to fire them, in order to facilitate a smooth merge with NTT DATA. This resulted in the loss of many consultant jobs. The company lacks work ethics and does not operate with integrity.
