... timings. Like how much time you have spent on your laptop. If it’s less than 8.5 hours then your salary will be deducted. If you attend your meetings with fellow colleagues in a meeting without your laptop then that time can’t be detected by your laptop. (Strange!!) 3. At the end of the day, you have to fill a “DSR Form” in which you have to mention which tasks have you performed in a day with actual hours. If your manager finds that you have taken extra hours due to some dependencies then it’s totally your fault. 4. I worked for them for around 1.75 months and out of that I only had actual work for 8-9 days. Other than that I just had to pass time in the office. So you cannot search any thing from the laptop because your laptop’s screen is visible to the manager. (Again strange!!) 5. You cannot ask HR about your salary on the official communication channel (GMeet, Teams, etc). She will get offended as she doesn’t like follow ups.

...ompany policy to write reviews on Glassdoor and Ambitionbox in your first month. If you do not write the reviews then your salary of the first month will not be processed. (Again Strange!!) !! Be AWARE to join this type of organisation !!

There is nothing to like much about this company, the employees were very good.

...w satisfactory level Lack of resources and guidance for software development Salary increment is not on time Working hours are strict and 8:30hrs total Salary slips are not provided here and you have to beg for them. Employee working space is too congested and no lunch area or pantry area for employees. Some of them eat lunch at staircases and at a working desk. I had a horrible experience when AC was not working and the whole place was very suffocative. There are very less policies which are in favour of employees so I would not recommend this company until it's the only option left.
