Good company to work with.. Have worked with them for 2.9 years. Supporting staff, good directors. One should work with the company once in to the same domain. In to HR Recruitment, talent acquisition.

culture is pathetic.they are working on NH specially 26th jan 15 august 2nd oct etc and with compulsion.there are no pf esic deduction where 100 is strength if this company.once you give notice to leave company after a month they start treating you like enemies and will not clear you salary. hiring is something owner of the company doesnt know anything about.but thinks he knows it all which effects productivity. saturday is a half day they say while hiring any candidate and on Saturdays they leave you at 6pm eve,because tomorrow is sunday so you have to work more today.

Sappire is a good Recruitment Firm, If you're in entry level and want to learn the basics of recruitment and good Knowledge about BFSI Industry , IT etc. then Sapphire is great platform for Beginners that learning will work on Career in HR. Working culture is very good , Staff very good and also you will learn data Management. Overall i can say it is a good platform to start your career in Recruitment.
