Teacher staff is very good friendly and helpful. I have learnt many things from this school. Good learning experience.

Dislikes

...e of ear. If they are expecting from techers, they should also think about them. Parents of this are always having problem to pay fees before pandemic and after too. Teachers are financially suffering. Teachers are also doing fees calling too from home and from school. Parents are least bothered😔.

... students to practice. Overall the school is excellent in sports management too. Companies policies are good appraisal are fair as I had experienced and they give such good salary hike and bonus every year .

There is nothing that I should dislike for school like sapphire international school.

Toxic environment; micromanagement;unnecessary interference by management and corporate office,attitude and approach as dictators ; confused and directionless; not people friendly ; lack of autonomy in operations ; suffocating work culture

Likes

The best part of the school is that it is focusing on overall growth of the employees by providing Job Promotions, Teacher trainings. Also I like to work with my co teachers all are cooperative with each other. Management is very supportive and understands the problems and situations of their employees and always ready to help them in whatever way required.

Lack of Unity of Command.

The school provide facilities to teachers also whether in terms of perks and benifits or some other. Here the environment and work culture is totally positive and appreciable. Working in sapphire international school crossing republik till now has been a great experience. School is continuously working for the teachers also. Looking forward to continuously work here.
