No HR, no structure, no policies, no transparency. The entire organisation runs on franchise mode - as per the whims and fancies of the local Director(s) and Promoters. Majority of employees are from a particular business community who enjoy the upper hand. Hire and fire policy. They don’t spare a pregnant lady too-a lady got sacked for getting pregnant within 3 months of joining. No travel or leave policy. Few pet employees enjoy all the flexibility like unlimited leaves, WFH, etc., whereas others are not so privileged. There are instances of POSH cases which get overlooked by the management to save few blue-eyed employees. The victim is later victimised more.
