Nothing except that getting salary on time has become a leisure.

Dislikes

No personal life, be it weekends, be it holidays, you are required to work 24/7 if laws would had not prevented it. There is not work prioritization or proper planning. Lot of old timers at the senior level and have the ancient mindset of getting work done. This is one of the worst companies to join at the moment, though the company is trying to make things better so may be in future things might improve but foe now it's a absolute no company to join

I am currently working with them , it is an Israel based company , Israel management is pathetic , they don't take care of India, country head doesn't take any decision by himself , always waits for guidance from Israel , all senior management is leaving the company as soon as they get Job so they are not laid off . Recently 60 to 70 employees lay off happened in the company without any reason and we heard that everything was handled only by HR and there was no senior manager involved to handle the situation since there will be too many chaos Stay away or you will loose career

...ing for same company from past many years. There is no concept of normalization. So people often leave sapiens, and come back to sapiens within 1 or 2 years for better designation and salary.

Nothing great or special.... Have worked with better companies .. Being product based is one good thing but no real technical work... Good for BA IE AND Tester .. If you are a techie and lead better stay away....

... techleads is high and the dominance of the hyped leads is reduced a bit. Cons 1)NO HIKE AND NO COMPLETE VARIABLE PAY EVEN IF YOU GET EXCELLENT RATING 1)Facilities are not in par with other companies 2)no feed back system 3)no transparency in the company.. The management takes things personal and corner you and fire you
