No training what so ever. Within 1 month I was on the call with customer and I knew nothing about the product. Horrible experience. The Project manager who is in the company from more than a year also know nothing about the product.

See I would be clear and concise It has a good culture and all the people around you would be supportive Everyone in company is approachable Work life balance is good It is a strong company in it's domain

... company's own software build and maintain very less modern tech stack is used The salary is just average as compared to major product companies Individual Growth would be just in the company itself as the technology used here is vey less used everywhere else so you are stuck with the technology in this company

Appraisal shifted to June where the cycle is Jan-Dec, so you have a 6 month of waiting to know your appraisal. Sometimes the workload is more, specifically in delivery Learning curve is not so sharp

Company has to be more open in culture. Decisions should be taken considering employees and opinions should be taken. Cabin culture of managers. Office is only in Bangalore.
