Worst environment, everyone just wants money and keep on blaming each other for their mistakes. There's no work life balance they can ask you to work for 36 hrs continuously and still you have report on time the next day. The more you work the more responsibilities and portfolios you're alloted while there are some people sitting idle the whole day with a huge compensation yet do not take any responsibilities no credibility.
