Only politics. Working culture is like baba azam k jamane ka. No one knows strategic work, work process, corporate culture and they do not ready to work on new strategies, new ideas and suggestions. Don't think for long time work. All department head looking to save his chair only and they playing politics for that with new people. They torching you if they think you are now settle in this role then trying for resign you. There culture like every department head knows everything and interfere in other departments. Anyone can ordered you. They kick off anytime for no reason.

The performance base promotion & career growth is a big concern. Overall, job security, teammates, work line balance is good. But one cannot grow upto certain extend. Ambitious person will have to think about it, before joining.

Growth & Promotion is the major concern in the organisation. Salary & expenses are in time. No more pressor in the organisation.

Waste of career,hire and fire, very poor management

Mentally disturbed GM has been selected on that place, please terminate him from that place, because of him young generation is suffering from that environment,the management only like people those who are very poor in talent, lack of smart peoples. Those who don't want to grew up in life please join the company other's please don't.

Absolutely worst company ever. They strongly believe in hire and fire policy. The people are extremely moody and they do things according to their mood and fire you.

Everything! A person leaves their stable job to join this company and they fire him/her after keeping them 2 months on bench. Without giving them any reason. The roles are never planned out as to why to hire people and all works according to the mood. Never join such a company which such unstable ceo leading the company.
