Well not much, may be the flat structure is a plus. But this means no growth at all in terms of promotion.

... poor hike and career growth. You feel like stuck in a particular band for ever. Moreover they have started to do cost cutting like any other companies and their salary is no more competitive in the Industry.

- Great work-life balance. (probably a bit too good) - Culture ensures that all the people around are fun to work with, most are genuinely good people.

Dislikes

...-org every 2 years, leading to endless cycles of the same strategy discussions - Pay lesser than average - share price very unstable , so no clear long term benefit of getting shares

At SAP India, we not only get opportunity to grow your career, but also there is plenty of push and encouragement to enhance your skills & learnings. Overall a hugely satisfying experience for me in the last 10 years at SAP.

Dislikes

...andemic, there was huge amount of travel to client site for consultants like me. Salary hikes are also only single digit percentage.

...onal hard times, there is complete and full hearted support from the management. The compensation too is at level of the best in the industry. A rare work place where employees are treated as rare diamonds

Hardly anything. Sometimes the frequent travel to clients for consulting.can be difficult on the personal front

Regular communication from management about job security, salary expectations, and vacation policies keeps everyone in the loop They encourage employees to get involved, whether through volunteering or companysponsored events I joined as a fresher and have learned so much in my first year

The company provides freshers with chances to take on leadership roles and responsibilities early in their careers, fostering personal growth
