Likes

- Mostly you will get full variable pay - Campus is pretty good, well maintained, connected and food services are good - Overall company culture is good - Some experts/colleagues are good and genuine.

Dislikes

- Dont go for senior roles, - They dont pay much after you join, the Promotion and Salary Hikes are very difficult. - Only few teams that are priority to Senior Management get more visibility (and budget), others its regular work, even job cuts. - Lack of learning opportunities and too much of marketing and show-off while reality is not so great! - Getting a good manager is difficult - most of them care about themself, some behaves to the worst and added politics.

Likes

Well not much, may be the flat structure is a plus. But this means no growth at all in terms of promotion.

Dislikes

... poor hike and career growth. You feel like stuck in a particular band for ever. Moreover they have started to do cost cutting like any other companies and their salary is no more competitive in the Industry.

Likes

Good work life balance and good benefits in Bangalore campus. You job will be secure with minimal firings

Dislikes

...g new. Appraisals and promotions are the worst as compared to any other company. Salary and benefits is way below the market standards for similar opportunities

Likes

1. Work environment is good. Less politics and helpful colleagues. At least in Bangalore 2. Worked under 4 managers. All were very supportive and gave good opportunities. 3. Lot of team building activities like outings to Goa / Kerala etc. 4. Sometimes I feel food is given way too much importance here. Lots of options available. 5. Every one is very understanding. In case there are emergency they all cooperate and help each other.

Dislikes

...o exposure to AWS cloud, we use SAP BTP here. So it gets tough to change job. 2. Many employees are leaving the company because of poor salary growth. 3. They are hiring substandard employees and letting go off good ones. It will have poor impact on future projects.

Likes

SAP is a great place to work and is trying to venture into being a complete cloud ERP company. SAP BTP platform is now getting adopted by a lot of clients. Company provides great perks like free food, free transport, learning hub access. It takes care of its employees really well.

Dislikes

Compensation could be better being a product based company. Still it is better than Big4 though.
