... poor hike and career growth. You feel like stuck in a particular band for ever. Moreover they have started to do cost cutting like any other companies and their salary is no more competitive in the Industry.

...work life balance. Easily understand situation and helping on hands with others. Offering their good salary and giving rewards qualified employees and recongize work effort and generating an renew and high effective job security and every month conducting the skill development. Seriously, I really enjoyed to work in sap company. my bad I left this organisation. Again if I get this opportunity work in this company. I will be rejoin in direct sap company.

Very rare dislike in this company. Dislike thing gender equality is low. More opportunities will gives womens very less options in men hand.thats it. This I observed in work location.rest of all very good.

- Mostly you will get full variable pay - Campus is pretty good, well maintained, connected and food services are good - Overall company culture is good - Some experts/colleagues are good and genuine.

Dislikes

- Dont go for senior roles, - They dont pay much after you join, the Promotion and Salary Hikes are very difficult. - Only few teams that are priority to Senior Management get more visibility (and budget), others its regular work, even job cuts. - Lack of learning opportunities and too much of marketing and show-off while reality is not so great! - Getting a good manager is difficult - most of them care about themself, some behaves to the worst and added politics.

...g new. Appraisals and promotions are the worst as compared to any other company. Salary and benefits is way below the market standards for similar opportunities

- Good compensation - Pretty Good Work life balance - Learning is also decent The only problem is that sometimes there are too many developers for one task, so whatever task you will get may limit your learnings and you may not be satisfied, You can learn about SAP technologies, most of the time you task will be to solve minor bugs and maintain the already built repo. So learning after a time becomes stagnent. If you need peace with decent money with no worry about learning and growth this might be your top choice

Learning, growth after a time becomes stagnent As of now promotions and appraisals are not upto the mark, a mere raise you will see after covid. After covid job security has become fragile, you may be moved to a new team without any good reason, beware of office politics.
