Well not much, may be the flat structure is a plus. But this means no growth at all in terms of promotion.

... poor hike and career growth. You feel like stuck in a particular band for ever. Moreover they have started to do cost cutting like any other companies and their salary is no more competitive in the Industry.

Double standard of pay scale. One with same year experience will get low salary another salary is doubled. This place not suit for later entry joiners after Covid19. And every year lay off strategy’s during increment cycle.

I have got lot of opportunities in short span of time to work with different clients. My manager is supportive and encourages a learning culture in the team so that we can create value for the organization

Dislikes

Compensation is little less for the kind of work we do, though there are additional benefits, more salary in-hand can't beat anything.

At SAP India, we not only get opportunity to grow your career, but also there is plenty of push and encouragement to enhance your skills & learnings. Overall a hugely satisfying experience for me in the last 10 years at SAP.

...andemic, there was huge amount of travel to client site for consultants like me. Salary hikes are also only single digit percentage.

The culture and recognition are good but, there is no gratitude from the company even after working like hell.

Pathetic compensation. SAP is giving very good market price for new hires. But not even giving proper hike to the people who are internal and working hard. No gratitude empathy nothing. Pathetic in terms of compensation.
