In Kolkata region no DA and out of Kolkata DA is 500rs , Learning opportunities and salary credited 31 of the month this thing are only good.

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Zero job satisfaction \ they hire employee for Managerial post and work given to every employee like ITI technician \labour 10th pass . 3. If you join in Foundation group there is a person name Palash Sardar very toxic person and he'll create a toxic environment totally, dominating every employee under hin like he is the boss and everyone is his personal slave , they only like buttering person if you can buttering every 24hrs then you'll only survive. 4. Force to travel whole night and work whole day . 5. No personal life here . 6.Very rough politics done by upper management bosses , machine operators and customers are god for them no respect for Engineers. 7. In field no respect given by any customer because of the bosses culture they treat you as a labour. 8. No weekly off is provided \ have to work under pressure all 7 days . 9.At the time of joining HR will tell the Saturday Sunday is off day , it is totally lie 😔 , have to work all seven days and those days you have to work free \ no paid if you denied to work on Sunday they'll force you to resign or force you to transfer to another region. 10.HR have no credibility - HR will never pick up call you'll get no support. 11. No ethics and no work culture \ no respect for Engineers, 12. With out product training they'll send you to customer \ field , you have survive by own instinct.

Its an good Company . I really Like to work in this company but I have learn more from this company . Mainly all co employees are very good and co ordinate with each other . I have shown all my efforts to Develop my company. Really I love my Job Doing In this company

Actually My salary is less what i am working at here . If i get good salary iam flexible to work .

There is nothing to like in the company. This is the worst company to work, the management of Finance department is worst. No one stays in this department for long because of the senior person

Everything is disliked here the salary they show so big CTC and while in actual in monthly salary there will be many deductions. Moreover the culture is worst here they have corporate office inside plant no proper facilities like lift and everything. Worst MNC to work

1) Slow career growth 2) Candidates from other organisations are given more priority for salary hikes 3) Initial salary offered to freshers are very low
