Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Worst experience I ever had in my life... In my 7 months of working 2 times dispute occur in betn owners and now the unit is closed and after that one evening hr executive came to us and says from tomorrow no need to come to company... No job security

Very good company to work in structural steels industry with great management and new developed policies for staffs .

Dislikes

Management supports to all team members with there respective target and work jobs , work with our life balance is an great concern for management which i like most , Every year new innovations in production which is great development for any organisation .
