Some time is salary of proccceing is so late come to offer due date salary ... And marchandise provider so late process.

Company culture was good , policys are good .

Not given stock ,not given rent to landlord on time , not given electricity bill on time they cut light and we are facing many many issues, not any one supported, and the biggest issue not given salary on time. We got salary at date 20 to 25 in month , HR not supported all employees facing PF & ESI issue from long time ,and every time said if you are not working this or this then we will cut your salary . Company support 0% but if any one doing anything wrong in store by mistakely then the HR is very active for deduction the salary. When company focused on these all points then company will grow automatically otherwise company going down day by day. Like right now what is the position of company.

Company doesn't provide salary on time. They will give unnecessary task to Store Manger like Paint the Store through Staff. Then how can Store will perform. Also Lot of politics is here

Marketing team take interview for designer then ask for trial 4 to 5 design + 1 full day trial, then say not like your design reject the candidates. But they use the design & ideas for them in the marker.
