Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They use Solidedge software. For fresher it is good start. Owner of the company is very excellent and knowledgeable as well as very good by behavior. Working environment in workshop is good and worker and helper are very cooperative. Environment in office staff is also good.

Dislikes

Probation period is six months, after probation may be they increased your salary. Duty hours is 10 hr. If you have experience please looks better.
