Nothing to like in this company. There is No chance to growth. U work till 2 yrs in this company then u can see yourself u are on same level as before 2 yrs ago. No management in this company they tell u your task at same day of work and planning what to do. If your last day work is not completed then this site is on pending till to the anything happend on the work place like accident and all. And for employees No accidental policies is there if anything happened with you there is your responsibility.

There is many more things to say to dislike in this constitution company. 1.There is no management of work 2. No accidental policy for employees and labour also.
