.... Minimum two to four patient are observed by single staff in critical care. 2. Make sure you discuss about salary at earlier stage rather panicing afterwards. 3. Your job would be secured but forget about family and work life balance doesn't mean for it. 4.There is no growth opportunity except if you apply outside after having experience from here.

I have worked as a management trainee and therefore had an opportunity to work under several seniors. SDMH is Rajasthan's one of the top hospitals and yet the organization does not favour or do justice to their employees. Every employee is underpaid and over worked except those who are in senior positions and have good relationship with the owner of the hospital, such people are over paid.
