Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

1) The hospital's management and care is gone and it is not like before anymore. Prefer some other hospitals during emergency situations. 2) Completed messed and mismanagement is here now. Gone are those days when Santevita used to be the good hospital. 3) Never ever consult or get treated by Dr Nishant. In simple language he is a crap who does not know how to behave with patient's family members and thinks he owns the place. 4) The management and internal process has become very fishy and you will doubt whether everything is going on track and whether everything is genuine or not.
